We are offering a Women’s Self Defense class on Wednesday May 1st at 7:20 pm. The class will be led by our Hapkido and Taekwondon Masters and will be a practical class. Please come at 7:10 pm wearing clothes you can move in. We also ask you to bring a long strap shoulder bag (empty) for use during the class.
